Responsibilities

• Manage Citigold client accounts by reviewing customer needs and asset allocation.
• Proactively engage with customers to validate needs and advise on mobilizing additional funds.
• Sell tailored fee-based products and services to enhance product penetration within the assigned client base.
• Ensure comprehensive relationship coverage through regular customer engagement, risk profiling, and financial planning.
• Acquire new Citigold customers by converting referral leads and organizing customer bonding events.
• Adhere strictly to KYC/AML, compliance norms, and risk management protocols to safeguard the firm and its assets.
• Provide an exceptional client experience while maintaining high standards of ethical judgment and regulatory compliance.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent university experience.
• 0-2 years of relevant experience in a professional financial role.
• Mandatory certifications required for selling financial products.
• Strong customer service skills and ability to manage both internal and external relationships.
• Solid knowledge of investment products and financial markets.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• AMIB certification (Figura III).
• Proficiency in English.
