- Handle litigation and creditors' rights matters in and out of the United States Bankruptcy Court for the District of Delaware
- Manage complex bankruptcy and commercial litigation cases

Requirements

- Admitted to practice in Delaware
- Strong academic background
- Excellent writing skills
