Bankruptcy and Commercial Litigation Associate

Responsibilities

• Handle litigation and creditors' rights matters in and out of the United States Bankruptcy Court
• Manage complex commercial litigation cases within a fast-paced legal environment
• Support senior attorneys in the execution of bankruptcy and restructuring strategies

Requirements

• 2-5 years of legal experience
• Admitted to practice in both New York and New Jersey
• Proven experience in US Bankruptcy Court
• Strong academic background
• Excellent legal writing skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience specifically handling creditors' rights matters
• Ability to thrive in a high-pressure, industrious work environment
