Banking Specialist

Responsibilities

• Execute business opportunities within the branch flow to maximize the offering of products and services
• Guide and instruct customers on digital banking tools and digitalization processes
• Provide excellent customer service across all segments to ensure a superior experience
• Proactively acquire new customers for the bank
• Support various branch environments including self-service areas, teller services, and management desks as needed

Requirements

• CPA 10 certification (ANBIMA) is required
• Currently pursuing an undergraduate degree
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Previous experience in sales roles

Preferred Qualifications

• CPA 20 certification
• Completed undergraduate or postgraduate degree
