Banking Specialist

Responsibilities

• Manage the onboarding process for banking products for IFZA clients and employees
• Facilitate the corporate bank account opening process by understanding specific bank requirements
• Provide efficient assistance to clients and act as a liaison between banks and clients to resolve issues
• Maintain and develop effective relationships with existing banking partners
• Create and implement policies and procedures for bank account openings and insurance enrollment
• Attend routine meetings with banks to assess offers and gather feedback
• Assist clients in finding solutions to complex banking issues

Requirements

• Tertiary education in Accounting, Commerce, Economics, or a related field
• Proven experience in Banking Relationship Management, ideally within the UAE
• Strong knowledge of corporate banking products, bank compliance, and AML regulations
• Experience working in a multinational environment
• Full English proficiency with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in MS Office and general computer literacy
• Strong organizational, analytical, and customer service skills
