Banking SME

Responsibilities

• Provide senior-level banking domain expertise in areas such as Retail Banking, Corporate Banking, Wealth Management, or Banking Ecosystem Monetization
• Support strategy formulation, business analysis, and transformation initiatives for banking clients
• Contribute to commercial optimization initiatives, including revenue growth, cost efficiency, and performance improvement
• Participate in workshops, executive discussions, and stakeholder engagements to provide expert insights
• Review and validate business cases, operating models, and transformation roadmaps
• Prepare and review high-quality presentations, reports, and advisory documents for senior stakeholders

Requirements

• Strong senior-level experience within banking or financial services
• Proven expertise in banking strategy, transformation, or commercial optimization initiatives
• Consulting background is strongly preferred
• Experience engaging with senior stakeholders in client-facing roles
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
• Ability to articulate complex banking concepts clearly and concisely
• Fluent in both Arabic and English (written and spoken)
• Based in Riyadh or willing to work onsite in Riyadh
