Banking Relationship Manager

Responsibilities

• Open and maintain accounts in banks, EMI, and VASP globally (EU, UK, and emerging markets)
• Manage relationships with banking partners
• Coordinate KYC/AML processes and interact with the Legal team
• Maintain up-to-date databases of payment methods and risk structures
• Analyze the banking landscape in emerging countries to find better payment providers

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in international finance (Banks, Big Four, IT, or Fintech)
• Practical experience opening and managing accounts in banks, EMI, or VASP
• Deep understanding of international payment systems (SWIFT, SEPA, multi-currency)
• Experience with KYC reviews and interacting with bank compliance departments
• Understanding of basic AML principles and documentation requirements
• English level B2+ for business correspondence
• High attention to detail with documentation

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in banking compliance with AML expertise
• Experience working with VASP or crypto-friendly banks and EMI
• Knowledge of banking markets in LATAM, SEA, or MENA
