Banking Operations Officer

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end banking operations including payments for salary, vendors, and margin.
• Post daily journal entries for all receipts and payments in the Books of Accounts.
• Monitor Cash Credit (CC) account balances and manage EMIs for card loans and corporate credit cards.
• Handle interest payments for Term Loans, WCDL, and CC facilities to ensure smooth fund flow.
• Coordinate with banks for approvals, documentation, and Auto-Sweep processes.
• Perform daily and monthly reconciliations across all bank accounts.
• Prepare Daily Fund Reports and monthly MIS summaries for stakeholders.

Requirements

• B.Com, M.Com, or MBA Finance with 2–5 years of experience, OR a Chartered Accountant (CA) with 1+ year of experience.
• Proven exposure to the banking sector (Finance, Operations, Treasury, or Back-Office).
• Strong knowledge of banking procedures, fund flow, and reconciliations.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and ERP systems (Tally ERP experience is a plus).
• Excellent communication and coordination skills with a high level of accuracy.
