Banking Manager

Responsibilities

• Manage banking relationships and oversee export/import compliance, including EDPMS, IDPMS, and EBRC clearance.
• Handle RBI filings and regulatory requirements, such as FLR Returns and APR ODI.
• Execute treasury operations, including arranging foreign currency finance (ECB, PC, etc.) and managing FX, liquidity, and cash flow.
• Prepare CMA data and manage remittances to subsidiaries, equity participation loans, and acquisition finance.
• Negotiate with bankers to reduce costs related to interest rates and bank charges.
• Oversee cash management principles and ensure adherence to banking covenants and processes.
• Manage a team and handle sensitive financial information with high attention to detail.

Requirements

• 8 to 10 years of professional banking experience.
• Graduate degree in a relevant field.
• Strong knowledge of RBI filing, compliance, and regulatory forms.
• Proven experience in treasury operations and foreign exchange (FX).
• Deep understanding of financial markets, debt instruments, and financial instruments.
• Proficiency in CMA data preparation and accounting principles.
