Banking & Finance Officer

Responsibilities

• Prepare and verify Gold Metal Loan (GML) and Working Capital Demand Loan (WCDL) documentation
• Manage account opening processes for D-MAT, Current, and Hedging accounts, including KYC verification
• Oversee corporate credit card issuance, activation, and monthly statement reconciliation with ERP
• Handle forex operations, including foreign remittances and ensuring FEMA/RBI compliance for import/export payments
• Maintain MCX ledger accuracy through daily journal entries
• Coordinate with banks and branch teams to resolve POS issues and banking queries

Requirements

• B.Com, M.Com, MBA Finance (2–5 years experience) or CA (minimum 1 year experience)
• Proven experience in banking operations, loan processes, and forex compliance
• Proficiency in MS Excel and ERP systems
• Strong understanding of banking documentation and reconciliation processes
• High attention to detail and excellent coordination skills
