Responsibilities

• Develop new opportunities and strengthen relationships with SME (PME) clients
• Connect companies to complete financial solutions within the XP ecosystem
• Build and manage a portfolio of SME clients in the region
• Manage corporate (PJ) client portfolios
• Map operations and business opportunities

Requirements

• Degree in Engineering, Economics, Accounting, Administration, or related fields
• Interest and familiarity with the financial market and the SME universe
• Commercial profile with ability to develop relationships and generate new business
• Excellent oral and written communication skills for interacting with business owners and decision-makers

Preferred Qualifications

• C-Pro I, C-Pro R, or higher certification
• Previous experience in entrepreneurship, leadership, or business development
• Experience in commercial environments, client relationship management, or the financial market
