Banker Associate, Mid-Corporate Banking

Responsibilities

• Deepen existing client relationships and uncover new prospects for companies with annual revenues between $100 million and $2 billion
• Collaborate with the Mid-Cap Investment Banking Team and product partners to provide comprehensive financial solutions
• Support senior bankers in driving new client acquisition and managing portfolio reviews
• Develop deep industry, sub-sector, and corporate finance knowledge to identify strategic opportunities
• Navigate the Mid-Corporate product ecosystem, including Capital Markets, Credit, Treasury Services, and International Banking
• Champion a customer-centric mindset and a culture of innovation and inclusion

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in a similar banking, venture, credit, or treasury role
• Expertise in assessing, structuring, and negotiating complex credit transactions
• Proven ability to develop and retain profitable client relationships in competitive environments
• Strong leadership, teamwork, and organizational skills with the ability to meet tight deadlines
• FINRA Series 79, 63, and SIE licenses required (or must be obtained within 180 days of hire)

• Bachelor’s degree
• Superior knowledge of market dynamics and the business environment
• Excellent problem-solving, oral, and written communication skills
