Banker Associate

Responsibilities

• Support companies with annual revenues between $20 million and $100 million by providing comprehensive financial solutions.
• Drive new client acquisition and deepen existing client relationships through proactive engagement.
• Provide strategic support to senior bankers to uncover new prospects and market growth opportunities.
• Utilize a deep understanding of Credit, Treasury Services, International Banking, and Merchant Services to meet client needs.
• Navigate the Emerging Middle Market ecosystem and build meaningful relationships with internal and external partners.
• Champion a customer-centric mindset and stay updated on industry trends to identify innovation opportunities.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in a similar banking, venture, credit, or treasury role.
• Expertise in assessing and structuring complex credit transactions, including risk mitigation and negotiation.
• Deep knowledge of banking products and services.
• Proven ability to develop and retain profitable client relationships in a competitive environment.
• Strong leadership, teamwork, and professional integrity.

• Bachelor’s degree.
• Superior knowledge of market dynamics and the business environment.
• Excellent problem-solving, oral, and written communication skills.
