Bank Teller

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive teller services including deposits, check payments, and other requested branch services.
• Ensure efficient and secure service delivery to create a positive customer experience and maintain trust.
• Handle various types of financial transactions and inquiries in a dynamic environment.
• Promote and place financial products at the teller window to meet branch goals.
• Adhere to all banking regulations, norms, and internal guidelines.

Requirements

• Completed high school diploma (Mandatory).
• Proven experience in cash handling.
• Knowledge of banking operations and commercial processes.
• Strong numerical skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent interpersonal skills, including effective communication, empathy, and a customer-oriented mindset.

Preferred Qualifications

• Degree in Economics, Administration, or a related field.
• Previous experience in customer service or the promotion of financial products and services.
