Bank Support Worker

Responsibilities

• Work across regional services to provide complex care and support
• Accompany individuals to leisure activities, personal appointments, and work
• Help maintain domestic standards and encourage service users to participate in household tasks
• Assist with personal care and the preparation of healthy, balanced meals
• Administer medication as required following full training
• Update paperwork, online care systems, and other administrative tasks
• Support individuals through periods of anxiety or risk-related behaviours

Requirements

• Must be currently working in healthcare or have recent UK-based healthcare experience (within the last 12 months)
• Willingness to learn about autism and the specific duties of a support worker
• Ability to work flexible hours across various shift patterns (long days, half days, or waking nights)
• Reliable and dependable approach to relief work
• Ability to make a positive difference in the lives of others
