Bank Services Representative

Responsibilities

• Process garnishments, levies, and reclamations on customer accounts
• Print, review, and mail customer interest checks
• Maintain return mail, dormant accounts, and customer accounts
• Complete research requests and resolve service issues
• Perform Positive Pay and legal/branch research (VODs and VOMs)
• Process mobile and ATM deposits and monitor return mail
• Perform ATM live functions as needed

Requirements

• High School diploma or equivalent
• Ability to operate a PC with keyboard accuracy and speed
• Ability to work under pressure and meet critical deadlines
• Strong customer service and telephone courtesy skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Knowledge of FiServ
• Knowledge of Windows-based programs
• Previous banking experience
