Bank Senior Sales and Service Representative (Universal Banker)

Responsibilities

• Achieve individual and team financial, production, and relationship goals through proactive customer outreach and sales practices.
• Build and expand banking relationships by engaging with customers, prospects, and referral sources.
• Support service delivery by fulfilling deposit accounts, payment solutions, and digital access products.
• Identify and refer sales opportunities to appropriate bank partners to meet customer needs.
• Maintain high service standards by listening to customer needs and providing relevant financial guidance.
• Comply with all banking regulations, policies, and procedures to manage operational and legal risk.
• Ensure transaction accuracy and operational efficiency in all customer interactions.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED.
• 1 year of experience in sales or customer service (or 6 months of customer support experience at First Citizens Bank).
• Strong financial literacy.
• Knowledge of retail banking products and services.
• Ability to build rapport and communicate effectively with diverse personalities.

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree.
• Experience in telephone sales.
• Experience applying a structured sales process.
