Bank SEN Adult Support Worker

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional high levels of care during daily activities including washing, dressing, and personal care
• Ensure medical needs are met at all times for young adults with complex learning needs
• Assist with specialized therapy sessions such as hydrotherapy and rebound therapy
• Communicate effectively to build strong relationships that empower residents to grow and develop
• Maintain a safe, supportive, and enjoyable environment for all residents
• Support residents during both day and night shifts as required

Requirements

• Ability to provide high levels of personal care and assistance
• Capacity to manage medical needs and assist with therapy sessions
• Strong communication skills to build relationships with young adults
• A compassionate drive to empower and transform the lives of others
• Willingness to work flexibly across day or night shifts
