Bank Sales Support Specialist

Responsibilities

• Provide ongoing sales support to Lenders, including identifying cross-sell opportunities and coordinating presentation materials.
• Originate, process, and ensure the accuracy of loan documentation for closings.
• Enter financial information into the loan system and verify all necessary documentation is included in loan packages.
• Support credit servicing by resolving documentation exceptions, updating financial statements, and preparing files for portfolio reviews.
• Monitor and report on portfolio past dues to ensure accounts remain current while maintaining customer contact.
• Coordinate the opening of deposit and other banking services with branch partners and handle customer information requests.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree OR High School Diploma/GED with a minimum of 4 years of experience in sales, customer service, operations, or commercial lending.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in commercial loan documentation and commercial lending support.
• Prior work experience within a business, commercial, or corporate banking environment.
• Experience in paralegal support.
