Bank Sales & Service Representative (Universal Banker)

Responsibilities

• Foster collaborative partnerships to deliver value for customers, prospects, and colleagues.
• Initiate conversations to uncover sales or referral opportunities by asking insightful questions.
• Process transactions and handle customer service requests with accuracy and efficiency.
• Comply with all regulations, bank policies, and procedures to manage operational and legal risk.
• Support branch sales efforts by identifying client needs and referring them to appropriate specialists.
• Complete required training and perform general office management duties to ensure operational efficiency.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED.
• At least 6 months of experience in customer service.
• At least 6 months of experience in cash handling.
• Strong financial literacy.
• Knowledge of retail banking products and services.

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior experience in sales.
• Previous experience working in a banking environment.
