Bank Sales and Service Representative (Teller)

Responsibilities

• Process financial transactions and handle customer service requests within the branch
• Facilitate customer awareness and education regarding bank capabilities, tools, and resources
• Identify and refer sales opportunities to appropriate bank partners to support branch goals
• Maintain compliance with all banking regulations, policies, and procedures to manage operational risk
• Ensure transaction accuracy and operational efficiency for all deposit-related functions
• Foster collaborative partnerships to deliver value for customers, prospects, and colleagues

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED
• At least 6 months of customer service experience
• Strong interpersonal communication and engagement skills
• Ability to adapt quickly to new information and technology

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience in sales
• Strong financial literacy
• Knowledge of retail banking products and services
