Bank Sales and Service Representative (Teller)

Responsibilities

• Process financial transactions and handle customer service requests within the branch.
• Facilitate customer awareness and education regarding bank capabilities, tools, and resources.
• Identify and refer sales opportunities to appropriate bank partners to support branch sales efforts.
• Comply with all banking regulations, policies, and procedures to manage operational and legal risk.
• Maintain transaction accuracy and operational efficiency for all deposit-related functions.
• Perform general office management duties to ensure smooth branch operations.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED.
• At least 6 months of customer service experience.
• Strong financial literacy.
• Knowledge of retail banking products and services.
• Ability to engage proactively in conversation and demonstrate professionalism and empathy.

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience in a sales-focused role.
