Bank Sales and Service Representative (Teller)

Responsibilities

• Process customer transactions and service requests accurately and efficiently within the branch.
• Identify and refer sales opportunities to appropriate bank partners to support branch growth.
• Educate customers on bank capabilities, digital tools, and available resources.
• Comply with all banking regulations, internal policies, and procedures to manage operational risk.
• Maintain high service standards by engaging customers through attentive listening and insightful questioning.
• Complete all required training and perform general office management duties as assigned.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED.
• At least 6 months of experience in a customer service role.
• Strong interpersonal communication skills and the ability to engage proactively with customers.
• Ability to adapt quickly to new technology and shifting priorities.

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience in sales.
• Strong financial literacy.
• Knowledge of retail banking products and services.
