Bank Sales and Service Representative (Teller)

Responsibilities

• Process customer transactions and service requests accurately and efficiently within the branch.
• Foster collaborative partnerships to deliver value for customers, prospects, and colleagues.
• Initiate conversations to uncover sales or referral opportunities by listening to customer needs.
• Comply with all banking regulations, policies, and procedures to manage operational and legal risk.
• Complete all required training by established deadlines and perform general office management duties.
• Educate customers on bank capabilities, tools, and resources to enhance their banking experience.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED.
• At least 6 months of customer service experience.
• Financial literacy.
• Knowledge of retail banking products and services.

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience in a sales-focused role.
