Bank Sales and Service Representative (Teller)

Responsibilities

• Process customer transactions and service requests accurately and efficiently within the branch.
• Foster collaborative partnerships to deliver value for customers, prospects, and colleagues.
• Initiate conversations to uncover sales or referral opportunities and refer them to appropriate bank partners.
• Listen attentively to customer needs and ask insightful questions to provide tailored solutions.
• Comply with all banking regulations, policies, and procedures to manage operational and legal risk.
• Complete all required training and perform general office management duties to ensure operational efficiency.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED.
• At least 6 months of customer service experience.
• Strong interpersonal communication skills and the ability to engage proactively with customers.
• Ability to adapt quickly to new information, technology, and shifting priorities.

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience in a sales-focused role.
• Strong financial literacy.
• Knowledge of retail banking products and services.
