Bank Sales and Service Representative (Teller)

Responsibilities

• Process financial transactions and handle customer service requests within the branch
• Identify and refer sales opportunities to appropriate bank partners to support branch goals
• Educate customers on bank capabilities, tools, and available resources
• Comply with all banking regulations, policies, and procedures to manage operational risk
• Maintain transaction accuracy and ensure operational efficiency in all assigned duties
• Foster collaborative partnerships to deliver value to customers and colleagues

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED
• At least 6 months of customer service experience
• Strong interpersonal communication and engagement skills
• Ability to adapt quickly to new information and technology
• Financial literacy and knowledge of retail banking products and services

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience in a sales-focused role
