Bank Manager II

Responsibilities

• Guide, direct, and coach employees to deliver exceptional service to customers and prospects
• Develop and execute branch business plans to maximize growth, customer retention, and acquisition
• Conduct sales calls and establish personal referral networks to drive business development
• Identify customer financial needs and provide strategic advice on products and services
• Monitor sales and service performance against plans to identify gaps and implement action plans
• Manage unit operating expenses and ensure compliance with legal, regulatory, and bank policies
• Resolve complex customer issues and escalate situations when necessary
• Lead the implementation of new programs, products, and regional sales initiatives within the branch

Requirements

• 4-6 years of relevant experience in retail banking or a related field
• Post-secondary degree in a related field of study or equivalent combination of education and experience
• In-depth knowledge of retail banking products, services, and competitive marketplace trends
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and data-driven decision-making skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Proven ability to influence, negotiate, and collaborate within a team environment

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous supervisory or management experience
• Bilingual proficiency in English and Mandarin
