Bank Manager

Responsibilities

• Guide, direct, and coach branch employees to deliver exceptional service to customers and prospects
• Develop and execute branch business plans to maximize growth, customer retention, and acquisition
• Create innovative business development strategies and conduct cold calls to build new customer relationships
• Manage branch profitability and operating expenses in accordance with forecasts
• Monitor sales and service performance to identify gaps and implement corrective action plans
• Ensure compliance with all legal, regulatory, and Bank policy requirements
• Resolve complex customer issues and escalate situations when necessary
• Foster a culture of diversity, inclusion, and high performance within the team

Requirements

• 5-7 years of relevant experience in a banking or financial services environment
• Post-secondary degree in a related field or an equivalent combination of education and experience
• Previous supervisory or management experience
• In-depth knowledge of retail banking products, services, and competitive marketplace trends
• Strong understanding of branch operational processes, technologies, and performance metrics
• Comprehensive knowledge of applicable regulations, audit standards, and related policies
• Excellent verbal and written communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills
