Bank Manager

Responsibilities

• Guide, direct, and coach branch employees to deliver exceptional service to customers and prospects
• Develop and execute a branch business plan to maximize growth, customer retention, and acquisition
• Create innovative business development strategies and conduct cold calls to develop new relationships
• Manage sales and service activities to meet strategic profitability goals and customer experience targets
• Monitor team performance and implement action plans to close performance gaps
• Ensure compliance with all legal, regulatory, and Bank policies and procedures
• Resolve complex customer issues and maintain high-touch relationships with key market clients

Requirements

• 5-7 years of relevant experience in banking or a related field
• Post-secondary degree in a related field of study or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Previous supervisory or management experience
• In-depth knowledge of retail banking products, services, and operational processes
• Strong understanding of regulatory compliance, audit standards, and industry trends
• Excellent verbal and written communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills
