Bank Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead the launch and expansion of a new branch, shaping team culture and driving client growth.
• Guide, direct, and coach employees to deliver exceptional service and meet strategic profitability goals.
• Develop and execute a branch business plan to maximize business growth, customer retention, and acquisition.
• Create innovative business development strategies and conduct cold calls to develop new customer relationships.
• Build and maintain a strong community network to enhance the Bank’s visibility and referral sources.
• Monitor sales and service performance against plans to identify gaps and implement corrective action plans.
• Ensure all branch activities comply with legal, regulatory, and Bank policy requirements.
• Manage unit operating expenses in accordance with forecasts and maintain operational effectiveness.

Requirements

• 5-7 years of relevant experience in banking or a related field.
• Post-secondary degree in a related field of study or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Proven supervisory or management experience.
• In-depth knowledge of retail banking products, services, and branch operational processes.
• Strong understanding of regulatory compliance, audit standards, and industry trends.
• Excellent verbal and written communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and handle non-routine situations in a fast-paced environment.
