Bank Manager

Responsibilities

• Guide, direct, and coach branch employees to deliver exceptional service to customers and prospects
• Develop and execute a branch business plan to maximize growth, customer retention, and acquisition
• Conduct sales calls and establish personal referral networks to drive business development
• Manage team performance by coaching employees, supporting development, and managing accountability
• Ensure all branch activities comply with legal, regulatory, and Bank policies
• Resolve complex customer issues and maintain high-touch relationships with key market clients
• Monitor sales and service performance against plans to identify and close performance gaps
• Implement new programs, products, and regional sales initiatives within the branch

Requirements

• 4-6 years of relevant experience in banking or a related field
• Post-secondary degree in a related field of study or equivalent combination of education and experience
• In-depth knowledge of retail banking products, services, and industry trends
• Working knowledge of branch operational processes, technologies, and performance metrics
• Strong understanding of regulatory compliance, audit standards, and related policies
• Excellent verbal and written communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills
• Proven ability to influence, negotiate, and make data-driven decisions

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous supervisory or management experience in a retail banking environment
