Bank Manager

Responsibilities

• Guide, direct, and coach branch employees to deliver exceptional service and achieve profitability goals
• Develop and execute branch business plans to maximize growth, customer retention, and acquisition
• Create innovative business development strategies and maintain a strong community network to enhance bank visibility
• Monitor sales and service performance against plans to identify gaps and implement corrective action plans
• Ensure all branch activities comply with legal, regulatory, and internal bank policies
• Manage unit operating expenses and resolve complex customer issues or escalations
• Lead the implementation of new programs, products, and regional sales initiatives within the branch

Requirements

• 5-7 years of relevant experience in retail banking or a related field
• Post-secondary degree in a related field of study or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Proven supervisory or management experience
• In-depth knowledge of retail banking products, services, and branch operational processes
• Strong understanding of regulatory compliance, audit standards, and industry trends
• Excellent verbal and written communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills
