Bank Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead the launch and expansion of a new branch, shaping team culture and driving client growth.
• Guide, direct, and coach employees to deliver exceptional service and meet strategic profitability goals.
• Develop and execute a branch business plan to maximize business growth, customer retention, and acquisition.
• Create innovative business development strategies and maintain a strong community network to enhance bank visibility.
• Manage branch operations, including unit operating expenses, sales performance monitoring, and regulatory compliance.
• Resolve complex customer issues and ensure all activities align with legal, regulatory, and bank policies.
• Identify emerging trends and implement new programs, products, and processes within the branch.

Requirements

• 5-7 years of relevant experience in retail banking or a related field.
• Post-secondary degree in a related field of study or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Proven supervisory or management experience.
• In-depth knowledge of retail banking products, services, and branch operational processes.
• Strong understanding of regulatory compliance, audit standards, and industry trends.
• Excellent verbal and written communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
