Bank Loan Servicing Officer

Responsibilities

• Perform daily maintenance and record keeping for Syndicated Bank Loans held in various Mutual Fund and structured portfolios.
• Process new trades and trade settlements on accounting records.
• Conduct daily reconciliation of cash balances and produce daily roll-forward proofs of portfolio holdings and accrual information.
• Prepare standard and ad hoc reporting for both internal and external customers.
• Respond to customer queries and interact with Investment Managers regarding assigned portfolios.
• Process daily bank loan notices received from agent banks.
• Identify and escalate any unusual or potentially suspicious transaction activity in accordance with corporate policy.

Requirements

• Deep understanding of servicing bank loan debt.
• Experience working with complex global fund structures.
• Background in client management.
• Strong critical thinking, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Ability to meet aggressive deadlines in a high-volume work environment.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
