Bank Financial Services Representative (Personal Banker)

Responsibilities

• Achieve individual and team financial, production, and relationship goals through proactive customer outreach.
• Build and expand banking relationships by opening deposit accounts and identifying sales opportunities for bank partners.
• Provide high-quality service by listening to customer needs and offering relevant financial guidance.
• Comply with all banking regulations, policies, and procedures to manage operational and legal risks.
• Represent the bank in the community by participating in civic events to generate new business.
• Maintain transaction accuracy and operational efficiency within the branch.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree and 1 year of experience in Sales, customer service, or lending/financial services.
• OR a High School Diploma/GED and 5 years of experience in Sales, customer service, or lending/financial services.
• Strong financial literacy and knowledge of retail banking products and services.
• Ability to apply a structured sales process to meet customer needs.
