Bank Accountant

Responsibilities

• Manage disbursements via banking communication tools in compliance with procedures
• Perform accounting entries for cash flows
• Record customer payments and ensure transfer to accounts receivable
• Handle check deposits
• Perform bank reconciliations between statements and general accounting
• Justify general accounts during monthly closings
• Control banking flow risks by applying internal rules
• Assist in preparing documentation for internal and external auditors
• Monitor the subsidy file
• Propose improvements to information systems based on legislation and processes

Requirements

• Bac+2 in Accounting and Finance (BTS, DUT GEA, or equivalent)
• Minimum 2 years of experience in accounting or finance
• Strong knowledge of French accounting standards
• Proficiency in SAP (FI module)
• Advanced Excel skills
• Autonomy, rigor, and reliability
• Ability to work in a team and synthesize information
