Band Aid SME

Responsibilities

• Lead the alignment, design, and implementation of technology platform projects and engineering standards for the Band Aid Platform.
• Develop and maintain platform roadmaps and forecasts to ensure alignment with global technology goals.
• Propose and implement new standards that align with asset stewardship and new ways of working.
• Act as the primary subject matter expert for complex issue resolution and root cause analysis.
• Manage engineering tasks, including lean design, construction, commissioning, and qualification of projects from concept through operations.
• Perform feasibility studies for new projects and support the definition of business cases.
• Oversee lower-level engineers to build technical capability and provide mentorship.
• Manage external partners, including equipment suppliers and consultants, to ensure high performance and adherence to project delivery processes.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in a relevant technical field.
• 6-8 years of relevant experience in technical development, construction, and the provision of engineered products.
• In-depth knowledge of consumer technologies, process controls, and machine safety.
• Proven expertise in customized machine design and engineered products.
• Strong analytical skills with proficiency in root cause analysis and complex problem-solving.
• Excellent communication skills in English, with the ability to engage diverse global stakeholders.
• Ability to work onsite in São José dos Campos, Brazil.
