Responsibilities

• Manage client inquiries, ensuring thorough investigation and timely resolution in compliance with departmental standards.
• Develop and maintain a client portfolio through periodic calls and personal interaction.
• Provide clients with activity scorecards regarding inquiries and transactions, and organize review calls regarding productivity and self-service tool usage.
• Inform clients of system failures or market issues and provide regular updates on solutions.
• Redirect client feedback and correctly process delays and errors.
• Maintain knowledge of new regulatory and market requirements affecting the client base.
• Ensure compliance with all departmental rules and maintain a controlled environment.
• Evaluate risk during business decisions to protect the company, clients, and assets while adhering to laws and ethical standards.

Requirements

• 2 to 4 years of relevant experience.
• Proven experience in customer service or the finance industry.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Demonstrated crisis management and critical thinking skills for problem-solving and decision-making.
• High attention to detail to ensure accuracy.
• Clear and concise written and verbal communication skills.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
