Responsibilities

• Assist Citi customers with opening new accounts, managing existing accounts, and resolving complex service issues
• Provide branch services by assisting with transaction processing at the teller window or platform
• Educate customers on products and services to identify banking solutions that meet their financial goals
• Build empathy to attract potential customers and strengthen existing banking relationships
• Manage supervisory responsibilities in the absence of managers as required

Requirements

• 1 year of relevant experience
• Experience working in branch services
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and web tools
• Experience in financial product sales
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment
• High school diploma or equivalent
