Responsibilities

• Coordinate the application of the Attention and Operation Model within the branch
• Promote institutional products and services to clients and encourage the use of self-service channels
• Manage and coordinate branch material resources and personnel effectively
• Contribute to control and security functions as designated by the branch
• Ensure an exceptional client experience by meeting specific service metrics
• Assess risk appropriately in business decisions to safeguard the firm's reputation and comply with all laws and regulations

Requirements

• 2-4 years of experience in customer service, sales, or branch referencing
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience
• Clear and concise written and verbal communication skills
