Responsibilities

• Provide overall leadership and management of the consumer function, including developing strategies and detailed business plans.
• Work with key stakeholders to create reliable processes that improve end-to-end turnaround times and increase client satisfaction.
• Partner with functional geographic leadership to establish and document the global standard Common Operating Model for lending processes.
• Serve as a global subject matter expert for functionality, business, and process-related expertise.
• Gather and share best practices for the development and deployment of lending workflow systems.
• Develop organizational plans, budgets, and financial controls to meet strategic objectives.
• Ensure strict adherence to internal control policies and compliance with all regulatory, legal, and governmental regulations.
• Manage multiple teams, including responsibility for performance evaluation, compensation, hiring, and budgeting.

Requirements

• 15+ years of management experience in banking with increasing levels of responsibility.
• Direct experience in lending process management and workflow lending/credit systems.
• Proven experience in cross-border project or business management.
• Ability to rapidly determine key priorities and ensure resources are properly aligned.
• Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree preferred.
