Banamex Analista en Reclamaciones Monetarias

Responsibilities

• Analyze and resolve client monetary and non-monetary claims through various channels including branches, CAT, UNE, SIGE, and Condusef.
• Perform complete analysis and adjudication of BAO and regulatory cases, including credit card unrecognized charges and electronic banking operations.
• Identify, analyze, and solve key issues within the assigned area and deliver supporting documentation to corresponding departments.
• Assist with the management of business reporting, monthly operating reports, and business scorecards.
• Monitor compliance with corporate policies and implement corrective actions derived from control reviews.
• Maintain continuity of business, resolution planning, and business review templates.
• Ensure an exceptional client experience by fulfilling necessities and adhering to service metrics.
• Assess risk in business decisions to safeguard the firm's reputation and ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations.

Requirements

• 2-5 years of relevant experience in administrative-accounting roles or similar.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
• Proven experience in the banking or financial sector.
• Experience handling client complaints, claims, or clarifications.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office with intermediate Excel skills (pivot tables, data cross-referencing).
• Excellent spelling and writing skills in Spanish.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, changing environment and handle pressure.
• Strong organizational, time management, and problem-solving skills.
