About the role
Responsibilities
- Provide operations support including record maintenance, documentation storage, and account handling.
- Act as a liaison between operations staff, relationship managers, project managers, and clients.
- Manage client inquiries and resolve discrepancies by reconciling information provided by clients.
- Deliver reports to internal clients such as the Contact Center and Citi Service.
- Document processes accurately and follow established procedures to complete assignments.
- Identify process gaps and escalate issues while offering potential solutions.
- Navigate and execute tasks within moderately complex databases and spreadsheets.
- Ensure compliance with applicable laws, rules, and regulations to safeguard firm reputation and assets.
Requirements
- 1 year of relevant experience in customer service or operations.
- High School diploma or equivalent.
- Intermediate Excel skills (commands, data cross-referencing, pivot tables, and information extraction).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook and strong typing/data entry skills.
- Fluency in Spanish.
- Ability to work onsite at the Tecno Parque location.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment and demonstrate self-management.
