Ballpark Operations Associate

Responsibilities

• Assist in the setup and breakdown of all events at JetBlue Park, including concerts, food festivals, and car shows
• Support Spring Training operations by setting up and breaking down areas inside and outside the ballpark
• Contribute to Red Sox Fantasy Camp through scorekeeping, uniform inventory management, and event check-ins
• Coordinate logistics for the Swings for the Sox charity golf tournament
• Assist with building security systems, safety protocols, and facility walkthroughs to identify maintenance needs
• Manage building organization to ensure high standards of cleanliness and order
• Handle inventory for shipments, promotional products, and rental needs
• Assist with deliveries (UPS, FedEx, Amazon, USPS) and transport personnel to airports or hotels when required

Requirements

• Ability to perform manual labor and lift up to 40 pounds
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Canva
• Ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays
• Ability to work effectively in a high-paced, team environment
• Strong work ethic and attention to detail
• Willingness to work outdoors frequently
