Field staff or grassroots experience, Google Drive proficiency, Social media competence, Reside within 3 miles of zip code, Valid driver license and reliable transport
About the role
Responsibilities
- Communicate daily with the ballot chase manager
- Build inter-community relationships and encourage ballot submission
- Build a community network system to identify and monitor low propensity voting habits in designated precincts
- Work in tandem with the Ballot Chase Manager to reach incentivized goals
- Track data on a daily basis
Requirements
- Experience in field staff, grassroots campaigns, or relevant roles
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Proficiency with Google Drive (Docs, Sheets)
- Competence with Facebook, Twitter, and Instagram
- Must reside within three miles of the zip code on job posting
- Valid driver license, reliable transportation, and proof of insurance
- Ability to pass a background check
- Passion for conservative politics
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in grassroots organizing
- Team management experience
