Ballot Chase Manager

Responsibilities

• Manage field staff personnel for the Chase The Vote initiative
• Communicate with, train, and guide ballot chasers and volunteers across Nevada
• Hire and build a community of highly skilled ballot chasers
• Work with the Chase the Vote Director to ensure staff success and satisfaction

Requirements

• 1 year of experience managing field staff, grassroots campaigns, or offices
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Proficiency with Google Drive (Docs, Sheets)
• Competence with Facebook, Twitter, and Instagram
• Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and proof of insurance
• Ability to pass a background check
• Strong passion for conservative politics

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in grassroots organizing
• Team management experience
• Executive leadership experience
