About the role
Responsibilities
- Welcome visitors with a smile and provide a warm, hospitable experience
- Manage reception tasks including issuing visitor badges
- Maintain a tidy reception area
- Handle mail and organize lunches
- Switch between different locations in Almere, Utrecht, and Breukelen
Requirements
- MBO working and thinking level
- Residing in the Utrecht region (Almere or Breukelen also acceptable)
- Ability to travel easily by car
- Flexible availability between 07:00 and 19:30
- Proficiency in MS Office and computer systems
- Strong communication skills in Dutch and English
- Customer-oriented and proactive attitude
