Responsibilities

• Welcome visitors with a smile and provide a warm, hospitable experience
• Manage reception tasks including issuing visitor badges
• Maintain a tidy reception area
• Handle mail and organize lunches
• Switch between different locations in Almere, Utrecht, and Breukelen

Requirements

• MBO working and thinking level
• Residing in the Utrecht region (Almere or Breukelen also acceptable)
• Ability to travel easily by car
• Flexible availability between 07:00 and 19:30
• Proficiency in MS Office and computer systems
• Strong communication skills in Dutch and English
• Customer-oriented and proactive attitude
