Responsibilities

• Own discrete, high-priority projects end to end, from problem definition through solution design to implementation.
• Work directly with the CEO and senior leadership on the company's most pressing priorities, providing analysis and hands-on execution.
• Partner with engineering, product, finance, compliance, and business teams to drive cross-functional outcomes.
• Conduct data-driven analysis to identify opportunities and inform strategic decisions at the leadership level.
• Design and document scalable processes, frameworks, and operational playbooks.
• Represent Bakkt with partners, customers, and stakeholders in high-stakes settings.

Requirements

• 0–5 years of experience in a high-performance environment such as startups, consulting, investment banking, or a top technology company.
• Graduate of IIT, IIM, or a top engineering or product program (or equivalent demonstrated excellence).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to operate across both technical and business domains.
• Comfort with ambiguity and the ability to make decisions without a predefined playbook.
• Ability to work onsite in Dubai, UAE.
