Bakery Steward

Responsibilities

• Assist culinary professionals in preparing scratch-baked goods including bread, pastries, and desserts
• Support production needs such as scaling, scooping, portioning, plating, and packaging items
• Manage bakery displays to ensure high-quality presentation
• Serve house-made gelato to the Epic community
• Build positive relationships with the culinary team and interact with campus members

Requirements

• No degree required
• Food service experience is preferred
• Eligible to work in the US without sponsorship
• Must live within 45 minutes of Verona, WI or be willing to relocate
• COVID-19 vaccination required
