Bakery Production Team Lead

Responsibilities

• Lead and work as part of a small team to bake products from scratch early each morning
• Follow carefully crafted recipes to ensure product quality
• Lead and work alongside the team to maintain bakery cleanliness
• Set and review production schedules to meet customer needs
• Forecast and adjust production levels based on business data

Requirements

• Previous supervisory experience in a bakery or food production environment
• Ability to work as an early riser
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills
• Physical ability to stand/walk continuously and lift up to 22 kg
• Ability to perform frequent wrist rotation, flexing, and forceful gripping

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in delivering exceptional customer service
